I am doing Unit2 HTTP server. I am trying to do this on my local machine, can you please guide me or share any link how to do it offline on local machine, specially “nvm offline installation”

You could just follow the instructions as-is on your local machine and get it working.
You could also change directory locations (such as webpage_ws and NVM_DIR) and adjust the commands accordingly.
You will see different versions for the nvm ls command because node has “moved on” since the course was created.
