Hi Community, this is my first day of enrollment, I would like to ask whether I can replicate the course module in my personal computer?. Because I need course files to do it. Please let me know, Is there any way or only way is to use vscode from the portal and study.

The portal is designed to make the learning experience the most hustle free possible.
But all that you learn here its applicable 1 to 1 to your local computer.
A lo t of the simulation we use are publicly available to students , the only thing you need to access the webpage is for the course material which anyway its tunes for that course in particular.
If you need offline material, you might want to try with the ROS.org documentation , but you wont have curated exercises an daterial like in TheConstruct I’m afraid
