Why is the platform using all local CPU resources?

I am using Ubuntu, and whether it’s firefox or Chrome, working on any project sucks up over 100% of CPU resources. Why is that? I thought you were the ones hosting everything, and i am just interfacing with it? Is that not the case?

Hi @moh.abouseif

Yes, we’re hosting everything, but your browser needs a decent amount of CPU and memory to load the graphics on the page.

That said, that shouldn’t be 100% of CPU resources. This site runs well on medium-end PCs. Things you can check:

  • Do you have many browser windows open?
  • Could you check the specific process using up the PC? Perhaps some other process is already using up a large amount of the PC…
