Why my robot move when I used teleop and run it moves after a while and suddenly hits the obstavle and after that doesnt work

I imagine you are talking about the simulation, right?
Could you send a video or something that can show more details of teh problem? Output of the Gazbeo launch logs? Maybe something breaks there
