Can not get certificate after 100% complete courses

I enrolled following learning path:
Code Foundation for ROS
and completed 3 courses, 100% completed:
Python 3 for Robotics
C++ for Robotics
Linux for Robotics

However, I still have not earned any certificate.

Could you please advise how I can get certificate?
