I launch Gazebo using a launch file in ros2 humble, but then the Gazebo window opens in the graphical tool window rather than in the simulation window.
Unsure off what the error can be but want it to launch in the Simulation window rather.

I imagine that you are launching in a ROSject, in which case Gazebo will launch in the graphical tools. Only when we set up the simulation to be launched will they appear in the simulation window ( like in the courses).

Yes It is in one of my personal rosject and I am using Gazebo Sim version.
Is there a possibility to in a rosject launch it in the gazebo window?
