Hello everyone, may I ask which courses I should take if I want to learn how to collect data from LiDAR and cameras using ROS, align and process it, and finally create a web application?

Let me give you some quick answers:
To learn about collecting data from LiDaR and Camera specifically using ROS, then you must take the ROS2 Basics in 5 Days and Perception for Robotics courses.
In the ROS2 Basics course you will use the LiDaR in almost all examples, so you can learn how to process LiDaR data from that course. But the course does not extensively deal with image acquisition and perception, so you should take the Perception course which talks about acquiring images on a ROS2 system and processing the images for further tasks like feature extraction, etc.
To create a web application, you must take the Web Development course(s) where you will lean about Javascript and bridging ROS2 and web applications.
